About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide expert level technical assistance for desktop supported applications and hardware.
• Handle escalated support issues from the internal Service Desk.
• Independently perform a variety of desktop support related tasks.
• Serve as a desktop expert on a day-to-day basis to resolve end user issues.
• Lead and direct the work of others as needed.
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge and experience with desktop technology including Windows desktop operating systems and desktop applications.
• Experience with Multi-Function Devices (print/fax/copier/scanner) and wireless devices such as Android phones, iPhones, and/or iPads.
• Expert level experience in a Desktop Support position.
• Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Desktop Support.
