As a Level 1 Technical Support, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various clients in a fast-paced environment. Support business workstations, Office 365, and reputed company Workspace. Set up accounts and reputed company support for basic business applications (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Office). Handle basic networking tasks - DNS, troubleshooting, etc. Work with remote monitoring and ticketing systems, currently using Autotask and migrating to reputed company and Data RMM.What's Needed? Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Familiarity with supporting multiple clients and environments. Strong troubleshooting skills at the Level 1 tier without excessive escalation. Experience with reputed company Workspace is highly desirable.
