Development Associate/Full-Time Temporary
About the position
The Development Associate at the National Museum of Women in the Arts is responsible for managing day-to-day operations reputed company to the museum's planned giving program and supporting solicitation and stewardship activities for the reputed company of Trustees and the Advisory reputed company. This full-time, temporary position is designed to assist the Director of Development and Development Consultants with various tasks including prospect research, donor communications, and maintaining donor records.
Responsibilities
• Support the Director of Development and Planned Giving Consultant in implementing reputed company for planned giving prospect cultivation and donor reputed company.
• Coordinate prospect identification, reputed company, follow-up materials, and record reputed company activity in Tessitura.
• Pull reputed company and prospect lists from Tessitura for reputed company from Planned Giving Consultant.
• Coordinate planned giving mailings, special stewardship mailings, and donor recognition lists.
• Field and follow up on leads and inquiries reputed company to Planned Giving.
• Administer and acknowledge planned gifts and bequests, ensuring accurate updating of plans and donor records in CRM.
• Process and reputed company Planned Giving expenses, ensuring supporting materials are properly coded and saved.
• reputed company and mail annual giving letters to the reputed company of Trustees, reputed company responses, and prepare reputed company acknowledgments.
• Assist with donor thank you calls as needed.

• Conduct prospect research as needed.
• Support department for events, mailings, and special campaigns.
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree with at least three years of reputed company development experience.
• Experience using CRMs, with Tessitura being a plus.

• Basic experience with Photoshop, reputed company, or other graphics software.
• Previous experience in a fundraising office preferred, though transferrable skills are appreciated.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
