SCRUM Master-Veterans Affairs (REMOTE)

We are seeking a skilled and certified Scrum Master to support software development reputed company modernization initiatives for the reputed company (VA). As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of reputed company improvement while ensuring compliance with VA policies, reputed company protocols, and agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams supporting VA programs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Remove impediments and reputed company reputed company from external interruptions to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure reputed company understanding of product goals, priorities, and backlog
• Foster a high-performing team culture based on trust, accountability, and transparency
• Monitor team performance metrics and reputed company reputed company toward greater Agile maturity
• Ensure adherence to VA Agile practices, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with VA leadership, technical teams, and contractors to reputed company on project goals and timelines
• Support reputed company or other scaled Agile practices as appropriate for reputed company-level delivery
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Experience working with federal government clients, ideally reputed company the reputed company
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, reputed company, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, reputed company, etc.)
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-reputed company skills
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with VA platforms, systems, or programs (e.g., reputed company, EHRM, VA.gov modernization)

• Experience supporting large-reputed company digital transformation initiatives

Vetting:
• Candidates selected will be subject to a background investigation for clearance eligibility by our government reputed company.
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually, plus benefits, including medical/dental/reputed company coverage, PTO and a partial 401k match.
