About Us

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and provider areas, our Customer Listening Team plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end Voice of the Customer process. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, with our team handling over 40 studies translated into more than 10 languages and deployed across 20+ countries.

Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior Statistics Architect to spearhead the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer methodology. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our new Voice of the Customer process, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with our Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted by Qualtrics. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile Technology team to drive this initiative forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in Voice of the Customer methodologies.
• Develop and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform, ensuring it is aligned with our business objectives.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate optimal data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels and use case degrees.
• Provide recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem.
• Drive customer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks.
• Experience in collaborating with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

While not mandatory, having the following skills will make you a more competitive candidate:

• Experience with Qualtrics survey platform.
• Knowledge of Cornerstone and its integration capabilities.
