Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming complex calls and outbound appointments with compassion and empathy, using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs and provide personalized support.
- Resolve customers' needs related to clarification on their specific benefit plans or program options, providing clear and concise information that addresses their concerns.
- Document all inbound and outbound calls and summarize calls in our case management system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Adapt to and implement ongoing training as blithequark grows and develops in the healthcare consumerism industry, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working from home, adhering to our schedule and performance standards.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or a related area, with a strong understanding of patient or customer benefit plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
