About the Role: Customer Experience Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our team, working from home with occasional office visits in Chicago. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform business decisions. Your passion for enhancing customer experience, combined with your analytical skills and business acumen, will help drive our customer-centric strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and generate insights from structured and unstructured data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to review feedback, propose changes, and implement initiatives that drive a positive, consistent, and seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting: Schedule and maintain trending reports and indicators for key business stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Data Extraction: Extract data from various sources, perform ad-hoc reporting, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Analytics Systems: Manage and collaborate with third-party analytics systems to ensure output aligns with strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Analytical Experience: At least four years of experience in an analytical position, including data analysis, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to develop sound insights from multiple data sources.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Experience with quantitative analysis tools and querying relational databases (SQL, SAS, R).
  • Executive-Level Presentations: Ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
  • Self-Motivation: Initiative, self-motivation, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Travel: Up to 10% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered:

  • Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Survey Design: Strong experience in survey design and management.
  • Call Recording and Text Analytics: Experience with call recording and text analytics.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Spotfire.
  • Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning or predictive forecasting.
