Job Summary
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be an individual contributor responsible for managing the full sales cycle of deals in our mid-market space. You will work closely with our Sales Development Representatives to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, as well as upsell existing customers. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas, build outstanding relationships with prospects, and demonstrate tailored product solutions that meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and apply a high level of knowledge of our products: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their value to prospects and customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas: Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, while also building a strong pipeline of potential deals.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly cold call targets: Make a high volume of cold calls to prospects, with a focus on generating leads and building relationships.
- Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell business opportunities: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to identify new leads, qualify them, and close deals.
- Coordinate lead generation activities with Sales Development Representatives: Collaborate with the sales development team to generate high-quality leads and drive sales growth.
- Use consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions: Work with prospects to understand their needs and present customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Build relationships with multiple decision-makers: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers throughout the sales cycle, while also managing multiple stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a real-time accurate database of prospective clients in Salesforce: Keep our CRM up-to-date with accurate and timely information on prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments: Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience.
- Travel across the US as required: Occasionally travel to meet with customers, prospects, or attend industry events.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of successful SaaS sales or inside sales experience: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Previous measurable achievements in previous sales roles: A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.
- Entrepreneurial and coachable mindset: A proactive and adaptable approach to sales, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Passion and ability to educate on next-generation technology in the real estate industry: A passion for innovative technology and a desire to educate customers on its benefits.
- Ability to focus while working in an active, high-energy, and dynamic work environment: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing sales environment.
- Extraordinary verbal, written, and presentation skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.
- Real Estate experience (as agent or selling/servicing solutions to the industry) is strongly preferred: Experience working in the real estate industry, either as an agent or selling solutions to the industry.
- BS/BA Degree preferred: A degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- Prior inside sales, business development, and Salesforce experience a plus: Experience working in inside sales, business development, or using Salesforce.
