Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and solutions.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, using strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Promote interest in client products and services, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving engagement.
• Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset.
• Portray and project a positive and professional image, representing blithequark and our clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide administrative support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Keyboarding and internet experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor, with the ability to compose professional emails and communicate effectively with customers.
• Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role, with experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple incoming requests for information and staying calm under pressure.
