Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We're looking for individuals who are new to the industry but have a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. We value education and are open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is essential.
- Technical Requirements: Proficiency in computer software and technology, including the ability to use our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
