Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team at blithequark. As a customer support representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting in resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of providing excellent service.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
