Job Summary

We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from members and customers, answering questions about pharmacy benefits, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them navigate their healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from members and customers, responding to questions and concerns about pharmacy benefits, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in improving the member's experience
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a positive and productive manner
  • Utilize computer applications, including Windows-based systems, to access and manage member information
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry concepts and terminology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
