This role will reputed company cybersecurity operations, compliance, and engineering activities to safeguard mission-critical systems hosted in the VA reputed company reputed company (VAEC). The ideal candidate has strong experience with federal reputed company frameworks, vulnerability management, and secure system design. Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain reputed company controls in line with VA Handbook 6500 and NIST 800-53. • reputed company and maintain ATO documentation including System reputed company Plans (reputed company), reputed company Assessment Reports (SAR), and Plans of reputed company and Milestones (POA&M). • Conduct vulnerability scans, analyze findings, and coordinate remediation. • Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to reputed company reputed company into CI/CD pipelines. • Monitor system logs and alerts to detect and respond to incidents. • Ensure compliance with reputed company 508, reputed company, and data protection requirements. • Participate in reputed company reviews, design sessions, and change control boards. • Support VA cybersecurity stakeholders with reporting and reputed company monitoring. • Maintain documentation for configurations, incident response, and contingency plans. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or reputed company field. • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or information assurance. • Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53, FISMA, and VA Handbook 6500. • Experience supporting ATO processes and reputed company documentation for federal systems. • Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, reputed company), SIEMs, and reputed company protection. • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company principles in Azure or VAEC. • Proficiency in evaluating system vulnerabilities and implementing reputed company controls. Additional Qualifications: • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, reputed company+, or CEH. • Experience with DevSecOps tools (reputed company, Jenkins, Terraform). • Knowledge of credentialing systems and safeguarding PII/PHI. • Prior experience supporting VA systems or reputed company IT. • Ability to obtain government clearance.
