Flight Operations Co-op - Pilot Learning Experience and Strategy
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Collaborate with teams responsible for development, design, and delivery of pilot training programs.
• Provide learner insights and advisory by researching and sharing feedback to improve training experience.
• Track and monitor pilot performance against feedback to identify training gaps.
• Create cross-divisional reporting to measure training performance and effectiveness.
• Refresh existing dashboards and develop new widgets or dashboard views.
• Expand topic modeling programming to improve accuracy and identify emerging themes.
• Support long-term learner experience strategy including journey mapping, survey standardization, and new data collection implementation.
• Commit to Co-op rotations in Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
• Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in data analysis and coding, preferably SQL.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience performing statistical analysis and modeling (e.g., linear regression, segmentation, predictive regression, operations research, machine learning).
• Experience with coding software such as SQL, SAS, C, Python, VBA, R.
• Coursework in statistics, data science, computer science, operations research, marketing, or related fields.
Training & Development
• Provides educational and professional work experience to prepare for the workforce.
• Requires commitment to three alternating semesters without concurrent coursework, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters.
