Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, such as refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome.
- Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
