Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing or aviation environment
  • Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and functional automation applications
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • USPS clearance or the ability to obtain it (with a five-year US residency requirement)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in airport customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies/procedures
  • Training and experience in leadership, customer service, or a related area
  • A proven track record of driving results, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams
