About the Role

The World Wide Customer Service (CS) organization at blithequark is seeking a seasoned manager to lead our Global CS Compliance team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual requirements across our captive and third-party contact centers. You will be a key player in validating compliance and driving operational excellence, leveraging your expertise to mitigate risks and foster innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our global CS Compliance team to perform risk assessments and deliver high-quality compliance and operational performance audits across our Global CS Network.
  • Plan and scope audit projects, execute program plans, and prepare written findings and recommendations for business responses and action items.
  • Dive deep into the details to develop meaningful findings, recommend root cause remediation, and track the status of remediation actions.
  • Present reports to senior stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on blithequark policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Leverage domain expertise to identify new and emerging risks, modifying the compliance program scope as needed to test associated controls.
  • Facilitate collaboration with multiple third-party stakeholders to agree on solutions and verify risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of blithequark's physical security, social responsibility, and other relevant policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong business judgment, controllership focus, and executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • 3+ years of experience in defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • A professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
