Our Locker+ locations are strategically situated in partner retail stores, Whole Foods Market, and warehouse lobbies, providing customers with easy access to their packages. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Package Handling: Receive, pick, and stow customer orders; process returns and prepare packages for delivery.
  • Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
  • Locker+ Location Management: Handle responsibilities including opening and closing the site, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Technology Utilization: Use smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Receiving and Processing Deliveries: Assist in unloading and organizing incoming packages, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old.
  • The ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide top-notch customer service.
