Job Responsibilities
- Perform structure configuration support, coordination, and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and results analysis to validate system changes and ensure data integrity.
- Provide expert support to end-users, resolving technical issues, and offering configuration and enhancement recommendations to improve system usability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to design and implement robust data integrations and reporting solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc and scheduled reports to support business decision-making, using tools like Microsoft Excel, Access, and Business Intelligence software.
- Partner with HRIS Management to perform regular data quality assessments, identifying and addressing data discrepancies and issues.
- Lead and execute specific projects and initiatives, working closely with project teams to ensure successful outcomes and timely completion.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and administration, preferably in an HR or related field.
- Experience configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, such as SAP/EC.
- Strong customer support skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to internal and external clients.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, charting, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems, including SAP Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and other related tools.
- Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures, including Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Basic-level proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
