Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our client's customers, providing technical and non-technical assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries in Lithuanian and Russian, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns.
- Developing and implementing effective solutions to customer complaints, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by treating customers with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution.
The Ideal Candidate: Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies
To excel as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level) and a good command of Russian and English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in technical support or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
