About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, and professional Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a critical contributor to our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive, informative, and supportive. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products in a way that exceeds customer expectations. This is a full-time, remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, responding promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner.
  • Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting our products in a way that meets customer needs and exceeds expectations.
  • Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within established company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty.
  • Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A dedicated office space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively from home.
  • Availability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons.
  • At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation.
  • At least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media.
  • Experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with bi-lingual skills being a plus.
  • High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
