The blithequark Streaming Information and Examination association is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in applying scientific rigor to enhance our content portfolio, marketing, and release strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities.
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions.
• Optimize our content launch and episode release methodology.
• Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward.
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of Data Analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
