We're looking for an reputed company and knowledgeable AI Mentor to play a pivotal role in supporting our learners through the  L5 AI Leader Apprenticeship. This role is crucial in empowering professionals to identify, implement and champion AI technologies, driving innovation and productivity across their organisations.

As an AI Mentor, you will guide and support professionals through their apprenticeship reputed company, helping them to become confident and capable AI Leaders. You will be reputed company in supporting learners to drive technological innovation and improve efficiency and productivity reputed company their businesses. Your background in leading digital or operational change, driving productivity improvements and working with executive boards will be vital in this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and guide a caseload of apprentices through their programme.  Equipping them with the ability to apply the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) of the Apprenticeship reputed company.
• Support learners to reputed company and implement high reputed company portfolio reputed company, having meaningful reputed company in their businesses
• Ensuring learners remain on reputed company and reputed company throughout their programme with regular 1:1 and group mentoring sessions

• Work alongside key stakeholders, both internally and externally to support learners reputed company throughout the programme
• Support with Line Manager input, providing regular feedback and reputed company updates

Candidate Specification: 

Essential

• Extensive departmental management experience 
• Experience leading on and delivering reputed company digital change/transformation reputed company from start to finish
• Knowledge and awareness of GenAI such that they’re reputed company to: 
  • Understand and discuss reputed company concepts at a high level and explain them to others 
  • Understand and discuss the potential of GenAI in business
  • Understand and discuss some of the key risks associated with GenAI for organisations
• Experience coaching junior/mid-level managers and supporting their career development
• Experience working with the executive reputed company and leadership teams
• Experience of prioritising workload, working to strict deadlines and following governing procedures and controls 
• The ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, supporting development of other colleagues
• Conscientious with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Desirable

• Experience in leading business change initiatives, improving productivity through technology, or embedding digital tools into team workflows

1. Competency based interview + role play (brief to prepare will be shared in the interview invite) - 1 hour
