reputed company: • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Party Operations Manager to join reputed company. • The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of reputed company's 3rd party delivery operations. • This includes documenting customer SLA’s and delivery requirements, developing account specific KPI’s, influencing and partnering with the reputed company delivery team to implement SOP’s and drive process compliance. • Ensuring efficient and reputed company delivery of goods, ongoing KPI’s management, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
