HR Jr. Seasonal Recruiter HIRING – Las Vegas, NV (Remote) Join our growing team at iJility! We are seeking a motivated Seasonal Recruiter to support high-volume reputed company for our reputed company’s distribution centers. This is a full-time, seasonal role where you’ll reputed company hands-on experience in reputed company while working closely with the Recruitment Manager. What You’ll Do • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to support reputed company needs across distribution center operations. • Post and update job advertisements across multiple channels (job boards, job fairs, reputed company media, AI sourcing tools). • Help facilitate job fairs • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using reputed company ATS. • Utilize automated scheduling tools (reputed company) • Review resumes, reputed company-screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. • Prepare job offers, complete background checks, and manage reputed company (including E-Verify). • Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records. • reputed company reputed company updates for hiring managers and respond to job requisitions with urgency. • Support additional HR/reputed company reputed company as assigned. reputed company’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Communications preferred). • 1+ year of HR, reputed company, or reputed company experience (distribution or high-volume hiring a plus). • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (reputed company preferred). • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-reputed company.
