SEASONAL Customer Service Specialist (Remote in El Paso, TX)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries via inbound and outbound service calls regarding dental benefits.
• Handle basic eligibility and benefits questions for dental providers.
• Document each customer interaction and resolution in the computer tracking system.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing customer requests and concerns.
• Work independently and adhere to assigned schedules with minimal assistance.
• Multi-task across several computer applications while engaging with customers.
Requirements
• One year of previous call center experience.
• Ability to attend 100% classroom training program.
• Strong capacity to retain information and deliver on customer requests.
• Computer savvy with the ability to resolve minor technical issues.
• Experience in the dental care industry is considered a strong advantage.
