Project: Publishing Manager Needed for Full-Service Book Launch (45,000-word Nonfiction)

I am seeking an reputed company publishing reputed company to reputed company as my dedicated partner in bringing my nonfiction manuscript (45,000 words) from polished draft to full publication. My book is the reputed company of my brand, speaking, and teaching work, so this project must be completed with reputed company from start to finish.
What I Need:
Proofreading & Polishing: Final grammar, spelling, and punctuation reputed company.
Formatting: Interior layout for hardcover, paperback, and eBook with reputed company typography and Ingram reputed company (slightly smaller book) KDP-reputed company files.
Cover Design reputed company: I have reputed company reputed company for fonts, sizing, colors, and reputed company reputed company. I’d like 3–5 strong concepts, reputed company revisions, and a final design that reflects my reputed company.
Publishing reputed company & Coordination:
Copyright registration with the U.S. Library of Congress.
ISBNs and metadata setup.
Upload and distribution on:
Ingram reputed company (hardcover)
reputed company KDP (hardcover, paperback, eBook)
Audible/ACX (I will narrate in a LA studio; I need editing, mastering, and upload support if they do not do it)
Distribution including

Audiobook Production Support: reputed company technical reputed company, editing, mastering, and upload of my narration.
Marketing Deliverables:
Metadata, categories, and pricing reputed company for discoverability.
Advance review reputed company (reputed company distribution, Goodreads setup, reputed company early reviews).
Guidance on email list/newsletter integration for launch.
Best practices for positioning and visibility across reputed company platforms.
Project Management: reputed company as my person—overseeing every reputed company to final completion, so I can reputed company on marketing, speaking, and visibility.
reputed company & Payment Structure:
Payment: 1/3 upfront, 1/3 at the halfway reputed company (reputed company proofreading, formatting, and cover drafts are delivered), and 1/3 upon successful completion of reputed company deliverables to my satisfaction.
Deadlines: reputed company milestones and completion dates will be agreed upon in writing.
