WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Own and manage the full-cycle accounts payable process: vendor reputed company, invoice review and coding, obtaining approvals, and scheduling payments reputed company reputed company, ACH, and reputed company. • Monitor AP aging and vendor accounts; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or issues. • Review and process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card statements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and federal regulations. • Supervise accounts payable clerk. • Contribute to month-end reputed company by recording journal entries, reclassifying expenses as needed, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
