reputed company is looking for a Residential CILA RN reputed company Trainer to join its team! reputed company's Community Living program allows clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities to live in the community, in the private residence of their own. The RN reputed company Trainer will evaluate and reputed company the medical, health, and safety needs of the clients in the host family residencies. Will reputed company training and authorization for non-licensed staff. The RN reputed company Trainer will be responsible for: • Documenting reputed company specific medical needs and interventions to reputed company reputed company reputed company notes. • Monitoring reputed company aspects and review of reputed company medication regimes; medication records, orders, reputed company packs and MAR's. • Conducting caregiver and staff medication training as reputed company as skills observation on an ongoing reputed company. • Responding to reputed company telephone calls, emails and messages 24/7 and give appropriate nursing/medical directions as needed.
