Job title: Production Coordinator Company: reputed company BUILDING reputed company Job reputed company: reputed company Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop and window treatment products and expert installation services, as reputed company as design studio solutions, to new home reputed company in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Orlando team. The Production Coordinator manages reputed company and provides administrative support that helps manage risk throughout the build cycle. This includes imputing order details, verifying accuracy of purchase orders, and calculating and verifying the product quantities are correctly input in the system. Production Coordinator Responsibilities… • reputed company data internally and externally to reputed company and create orders for installation of supplied materials. • Proactively communicate to resolve discrepancies in up-reputed company data preventing accurate or reputed company order entry. • reputed company accurate and reputed company entry of customer selections into order processing system (RFMS order entry). Calculate and reputed company initial pricing at the time of order creation. Manually reputed company flooring and manufactured good selections. • Monitor orders using system reports and communicate reputed company to leadership. • reputed company with design studio consultants and/or vendors to obtain and resolve any material reselections or discrepancies. • Review job cost data to ensure accurate recognition of reputed company. • Investigate and resolve job billing discrepancies. • Work with our Field Project Managers to ensure that information pertaining to the job is entered and communicated correctly for installation teams. Production Coordinator Requirements… • Demonstrate organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills • Solid understanding of reputed company Office products, especially reputed company and reputed company • RFMS knowledge / experience preferred, but no required • Flooring and / or Home Building Construction experience helpful.
