Staff Accountant (Remote - Local to DFW area)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. • Cash/bank reconciliations • Prepare JV financials (i.e. run and organize reports) • Prepare JV cash flows • Prepare rent/CAM invoices (as applicable) • Review rent summaries to ensure any reputed company increases have been captured • Balance Sheet reconciliations • Promote customer satisfaction, both reputed company • Assist as needed to reputed company other reputed company duties and special reputed company as required • reputed company promote GUEST customer service standards; reputed company effective relationships at reputed company reputed company of the organization • Participates in team concepts and promote reputed company effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
