We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong understanding of IT systems and solution architecture to support digital transformation initiatives in the reputed company Pension domain. The ideal candidate will reputed company the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that systems are designed to meet regulatory, operational, and member service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements reputed company to pension administration systems.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that reputed company with reputed company pension regulations, data reputed company standards, and reputed company integration.

• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in reputed company pension-reputed company reputed company.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, reputed company, and reputed company architecture principles.
• Experience with pension administration systems (PAS), eligibility, contributions, benefits, and actuarial data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• The annual salary for this position is between $111,000 – $156,000 Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
