About the position Responsibilities • Facilitates the transfer of patients to reputed company in a reputed company, successful and efficient manner. • Coordinates reputed company aspects of patient transfers. • Utilizes clinical expertise to prioritize patient transfers based upon urgency/reputed company, mode of transportation (ground or reputed company), transfer care, reputed company assessment, etc. • Evaluates and coordinates the reputed company process of taking calls and facilitating the acceptance/triage of calls throughout the transfer center. • May reputed company the duties and responsibilities of the Bed Management RN.
