Outpatient Physical Therapist

Based out of a rural non-profit hospital, this outpatient Physical Therapist position enjoys the financial stability of a regional employer while still having the intimate setting of an outpatient clinic. reputed company patients are scheduled for 45 minute evals with 1-on-1 treatments directly with the Physical Therapist. This position joins an existing team of 4 other Physical Therapists alongside 4 PTAs and back office staff that handles reputed company clerical tasks. New graduates will reputed company our Mentorship program reputed company familiar as it runs similar to a clinical shadowing rotation - you'll spend 3 weeks with a 50% shared caseload and build towards your own panel of patients. reputed company Physical Therapists will enjoy reputed company more time with specialty areas like Lymphedema, Pelvic Health, Neuro, Vestibular, Dry Needlings, etc.

Compensation:
$81,000 - $128,000 salary
+ $30,000 loan forgiveness
+ 5 weeks of PTO

Shift:
Monday - Friday
Day shift
1:4 Saturdays
No holidays!

Responsibilities:
9-10 patients per day
1-on-1 treatment with 69% productivity
45 minute evals, 45 minute treatments
Adult ortho, neuro, vestibular, lymph, and pelvic health
Therapy pool, fitness center, kitchen, and two new gyms

Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
New graduate Physical Therapists invited to apply
Great attitude with strong interest in working on a large team
A drive to grow into specialty work is a plus
