What you will do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company and document business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze and model business processes; recommend improvements using reputed company’s tools.
  • Configure and customize reputed company applications using low-reputed company/no-reputed company tools.
  • Support full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment.

  • Work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignment.

    • Qualifications and experience needed
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems.
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with reputed company platform (CRM or Studio version).
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPMN), CRM principles, and workflow automation.
  • Experience in eliciting requirements, writing specifications, and facilitating workshops.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
  • Basic understanding of low-reputed company development and reputed company's no-reputed company configuration tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.

  • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and data modeling.
