RFP - Azure System Analyst - Fully REMOTE - Must have any Crminal History System experience

We are seeking an reputed company Azure System Analyst to support and enhance mission-critical SLED (State, Local, Education) applications. The ideal candidate will reputed company Azure monitoring and integration tools to analyze system behavior, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and ensure seamless operation of distributed systems. This role requires a strong technical background in Azure, system analysis, and production support to maintain high availability and performance across multiple integrations. looking for people with experience in these systems " Criminal History system (CCH), online criminal portal (CATCH), workflow management system (WMS), non-criminal applicant system (APPLICANTS), forms and reports tool (FR)". Key Responsibilities • System Analysis & Monitoring: Analyze and monitor system behavior using Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, and other Azure-based tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and anomalies. • Integration Support: Assist with integration-reputed company support across reputed company systems such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Financial Reporting (FR), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Incident Management: reputed company advanced troubleshooting for distributed systems, focusing on logs, error tracing, and reputed company cause analysis • Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to validate deployments and resolve production issues. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including workflows, dependencies, and system configuration changes • reputed company Improvement: Recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process optimizations to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Required Qualifications • Experience: 8+ years of experience in system analysis or application support, with at least 2+ years working in Azure environments • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, DevOps, or equivalent Azure tools. • Distributed Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributed systems, log analysis, and error tracing methodologies. • Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues in reputed company, multi-tier environments. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams • Documentation: Ability to document technical workflows, dependencies, and procedures reputed company and comprehensively.
