reputed company Inbound Inc. is looking for personable and energetic Customer Service Agents to join our reputed company-growing inbound reputed company center. Customer Service Agents assist our clients, reputed company product/service information, fulfill customer needs, and try to resolve any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency.
This position is perfect for someone with effective communication skills and a customer service reputed company who enjoys working independently.
Schedule:

• 16 hours per week
• Fridays & Saturdays
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage substantial amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• reputed company excellent customer service to callers and visitors.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure messages are delivered properly.
• Assist with basic administrative and computer-reputed company tasks.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills (reputed company Office and general systems navigation).
• Excellent phone and listening skills.
• reputed company, friendly, and courteous communication style.
• Sales, customer service and/or reputed company center experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
