Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative I to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to borrower inbound calls concerning their account, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.

- Prioritize the needs of the business, completing assigned outbound calls as inbound call volume permits, and ensuring seamless customer communication.
- Complete follow-up tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution, driving long-term customer loyalty and retention.

Essential Qualifications
