About the Role

As a bilingual customer service representative working from the comfort of your own home, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with our clients via inbound and outbound calls and/or the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service support, resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. If you're fluent in both French and English and have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language.
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information from databases.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices.
  • Offer additional products and services to customers.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, integrity, knowledge, and compassion. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Ability to multitask quickly.
  • A desire to learn new technologies.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge.
  • A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but this is not guaranteed).
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
