Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that each customer feels heard and supported.
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, finding solutions that meet both the customer's and the company's needs.

  • Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers to contribute to the team's success.
