Position Type and Schedule
This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home. To be eligible for this role, you must live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin. You will be required to participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures. After completing the training program, you will work in your permanent shift, which may include evenings and weekends.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and comfort with navigating online, email, and web search
- Dedicated high-speed internet with connection rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
- Clear, concise, and respectful verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated perseverance and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
