Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers who have expressed interest in retirement planning services and confirm their expectations for a call
- Utilize a provided script to qualify customers, explain our services, and set soft appointments
- Effectively communicate with customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and tolerance
- Take detailed notes during phone calls and write grammatically correct paragraphs summarizing customer interactions
- Accept coaching and training to enhance job performance and continuously improve skills
- Complete phone calls in a helpful and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
Essential Qualifications
- Previous telecommunication experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated quiet workspace at home, free from distractions
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise paragraphs
