As a key member of our software engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our protection and governance posture.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled IAM engineer to design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within IIQ. You'll work closely with international software and platform teams to develop software integrations that fit a scalable and agile architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, construct, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within IIQ
• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
• SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain knowledge, best practices, design, and maintenance expertise
• Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning policies to customize software onboarding

What You'll Bring

As a seasoned IAM engineer, you'll bring a strong background in identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You'll have experience with exchange deployment/release management and a strong technical skillset in:

• Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Strong exposure to identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a tremendous mindset

Minimal Qualifications

The following are the required minimal qualifications for this function:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

• Experience in SailPoint implementation and integration
• Strong knowledge of IAM domain best practices and design
