Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled NON IT Project Manager to assist our global, functional workstream leads in planning, organizing, and managing workplans. As a seasoned project manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring critical milestones are achieved, identifying and mitigating risks, and tracking progress in a RAID log. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to lead and direct a team distributed across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist global, functional workstream leads in planning, organizing, and managing workplans to ensure critical milestones are achieved for Day 1 integration activities
  • Identify and mitigate risks/issues, tracking appropriate items in a RAID log
  • Develop and deliver weekly workstream reports, creating messaging suitable for executive consumption
  • Assist integration leads in organizing and planning efforts to achieve Day 1 success on a regional basis
  • Understand the progress of each functional workstream and how that status intersects or supports overall integration efforts
  • Support resources across disciplines, working towards a common goal
  • Work autonomously, requiring minimal guidance to move work efforts forward
  • Assist the Integration Management Office (IMO) in PMO responsibilities, such as governance tracking and administration, executive reporting, consolidation of materials, and workstream support

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management, or a related discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a non-IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams in a remote or distributed environment
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal guidance, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with integration management, governance tracking, and executive reporting
  • Familiarity with RAID logs, risk management, and issue tracking
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Scrum)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a related field
