Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving complex consumer issues, advising first-level representatives on high-level issues, and providing support to policy holders with billing questions, policy changes, and recommendations. Your excellent decision-making skills and innovative approach will be essential in addressing consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
  • Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policy holders with policy changes and recommendations
  • Utilize excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns
  • Adhere to company and departmental guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional service. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred)
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 25.0 Mbps
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 5.0 Mbps
    • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
    • Proof of internet speed required
