Job Summary
We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from members and customers, answering questions about pharmacy benefits, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them navigate their healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from members and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Address questions and concerns about pharmacy benefits, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a positive and productive manner
- Provide clear and concise information to members and customers, ensuring they understand their benefits and options
- Document and update member information in our systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, customers, and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
