Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Remote – Local candidates only; must pick up equipment onsite )
Pay Rate: $17/hour (W2)
Client: Luxottica
Schedule & Training:
• Training: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Virtual)
• Shifts: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays
• Note: Weekday off provided when scheduled on Saturday
Role Summary:
Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, social media) to customers, helping resolve issues and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and digital platforms
• Resolve issues using internal tools and sound judgment
• Maintain performance, professionalism, and teamwork
Remote Work Requirements:
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Wired internet connection (min. 10 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload)
• Smartphone for authentication
• Must pick up equipment from Mason, OH
• Only company-provided equipment may be used
