Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support, answering inquiries, and assisting with case-related questions. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $17-$19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate and timely information regarding their personal injury cases.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and meetings, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Client Record Management: Maintain and update client records in our case management system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients' needs are met, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual: 1 year of experience as a bilingual representative (Required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year of experience in customer service (Required)

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
