We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donor Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our life-saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. - Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential.
- Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals.
- Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
- Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management.
Work Environment and Schedule:
As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our ideal candidate will be available to work a schedule of Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday, with a shift of 10:30am – 7:00pm (AZ time). Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Call center experience (preferred)
