**The Role**
As a Senior Account Executive in our Mid-Market Sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients. You will lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success, and plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark's advertising products/solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
* Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
* Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark's advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
* Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
* Build an in-depth knowledge of how blithequark's advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
* Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
* Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
* Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g. product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
* Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
* Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
* Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $129,000-$191,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
